woman who wear 'TUDUNG' but wear short t-shirt

i think today woman's doesn't really care about their 'aurat' , maybe when they wear tudung , they though they have cover their 'aurat' but , try u'all observe closely , this type of woman just cover their hair , not the hole body , i see my teacher also fold her 'baju kurung' , straightly i said , i hate it !
